There is something special about moving to music with your little one. No perfect steps. Just shared moments.
Because babies love rhythm
They don’t care if you’re a dancer. They love your smile. Your voice. Your movement.
Because parents need joy too
Between feeds, naps and busy days, you deserve moments that are just as good for you. Move. Laugh. Breathe.
What happens in the hour
One hour, start to finish. You do not need to prepare anything, and you do not need to know any of it in advance.
Before we start
You arrive
Prams by the door, trainers on, find a spot on the floor. Nobody is watching you.

The music starts
Something warm and fun. You will recognise it.

We warm up
Gentle movement to wake up your body. Move at your own pace. Your baby stays close.
25 min
We move together
Easy-to-follow dances for you and your baby. Move together, laugh together, bond together.
45 min
We slow down
We finish with gentle stretches, calming movements and a chance to catch your breath while your little one relaxes with you.
The end
Coffee, Chat & Connection
Stay for tea or coffee, meet other parents, share stories and make new friends. Most families stay a while.
- How long
- Around 45 minutes of movement, followed by optional tea, coffee and connection time. Feel free to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
- What to wear
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and supportive trainers or comfortable shoes. Dress your little one in something they're happy to move and cuddle in too.
- If your baby cries
- That's completely okay—it happens in every class. Feed, cuddle, change nappies or take a little break whenever you need. You're always welcome to rejoin when you're ready.

Our story
We are Saliha and Mustafa
Former competitive Latin dance partners, now parents to two wonderful boys.
For years, dance was at the heart of our relationship. It brought us together, challenged us, and filled our lives with unforgettable memories.
When we became parents, we discovered that dance didn’t have to end — it simply changed. Our living room became our dance floor. Our babies became our newest dance partners.
Those everyday moments of music, movement and laughter inspired something much bigger.
Every family deserves joyful moments of connection through movement.
